Cohere, with a valuation of $5.5 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has created a network of co-living communities to facilitate coherence. The members of the community own shares of a diversified real estate portfolio across the world and get the freedom of renting and community wherever they go. Cohere is in the process of acquiring land in Ecuador, and due diligence is underway for additional locations. Dakotah Apostolou founded Cohere in May 2021. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for marketing, operations, land and equipment acquisition, and business development.
