Royal Caridea (RC) is a high-tech shrimp farming company focused on bringing its transformative GEN 2 Shrimp Farming Technology to commercialization. Based out of Gila Bend, Arizona, the sponsor has market-tested high-quality shrimp in conventional ponds and greenhouses, producing 12,500 lbs. of shrimp in 2021. Royal Caridea is currently raising $1.065 million (Series B Preferred) of equity capital in order to finance the build of its first patented GEN-2, 8-stacked raceway, production system.
